THE CHALLENGE
Xi Engineering was struggling to effectively convey what they do to the varied organisations and professionals that require their services, while still occupying a unique position in the market.
They were missing out on contracts due to a poorly defined proposition and an uninspiring brand. This was reducing confidence from potential leads and in the team to communicate their benefit. In Xi’s words, “we were the best-kept secret in engineering before working with Stance”.

APPROACH
Really getting to understand their business, what they do and where we want to go, during the scoping phase was integral.
We developed a brand strategy, tested communications and initial customer experience cues with key stakeholders, quickly identifying what was effective. This lead to the definition of a proven strategy and suite of tools from the brand identity that gave Xi the confidence to communicate what they do. We built a digital platform to market their offer with an intelligent back-end to give them lead intelligence.
